Every great idea starts with a problem.

For me, the struggle was watching companies with great potential miss out on top talent and fail to create environments where employees felt truly valued. Unclear messaging, poor internal cultures, and a lack of strong talent branding was causing businesses to suffer in hiring and retention.
That's when I realized...
There had to be a better way!
As a Global Director of Talent Brand working with teams across nine countries, I witnessed the disconnect between talent brand and the real needs of employees.
